By accessing or using OfferingFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OfferingFlow is an online donation platform that enables individuals to make financial contributions to churches and religious organizations. The Service facilitates payment processing through third-party providers including Stripe, Braintree, and Square.

3. Donations

  • All donations are voluntary and made at the sole discretion of the donor.
  • Donations are processed by third-party payment processors and are subject to their terms and conditions.
  • Donation receipts are provided for tax purposes. Donors are responsible for determining the tax deductibility of their contributions.
  • Refund requests should be directed to the receiving organization. OfferingFlow will assist with processing refunds when authorized by the organization.

4. Organization Responsibilities

Churches and organizations using OfferingFlow are responsible for the accuracy of their organization information, proper use of donated funds, providing appropriate tax documentation to donors, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
  • Make donations using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the Service
  • Impersonate any person or organization or misrepresent your affiliation

6. Limitation of Liability

OfferingFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to OfferingFlow in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
