How It Works

Two Simple Costs. Nothing Hidden.

We want your finance committee to understand exactly what OfferingFlow costs before you sign up.

1. Monthly Platform Subscription

This is what you pay OfferingFlow for the software: the giving page, admin dashboard, reporting, exports, QR code generator, kiosk mode, and all features. The Starter plan is free with limits. The Ministry plan is $49/month. The Cathedral plan is $99/month. No long-term contracts, no setup fees.

2. Payment Processing Fees

OfferingFlow charges a 1% platform processing fee on each transaction. In addition, the payment processor charges a standard fee for handling the payment. These are the same processor rates every organization pays, from churches to hospitals to nonprofits.

Cards and Digital Wallets

1% platform fee + 2.9% + $0.30 processor fee

Example: A $100 gift costs $4.20 total ($1.00 + $3.20)

ACH Bank Transfer

1% platform fee + 0.8% processor fee (capped at $5)

Example: A $100 gift costs $1.80 total ($1.00 + $0.80)

Donor-Covered Fees (Optional)

You can enable an option that lets donors add a small amount to cover the processing fee so their full intended gift amount goes to the church. This is never required and never pressured.
